1st Pony Ride

We went to the Main Street Farmer's Market and watched the pony's walk around in a circle. After about 5 minutes of saying hello to the horsies, I asked Deia if she wanted to ride one....and she nodded her head yes so hard that I thought she might hurt her neck! So we paid and I asked her again and again and she continued to say yes. She wasn't exactly happy when she was belted in, and she held my hand soooo tight. A little more whimpering when the pony started to walk and then she settled in, sort of. She would pet it and then pull away. Deia almost enjoyed it about minute into the ride and was basically ok as long as I held her hand and she kept talking. She must have said "hi horsie," "nice horsie," "okay horsie," about 100 times :-)
