Not So Innocent

I hate to post this but, if we can all find our sense of humor for a second, it's is sort of funny... Deia, mind you she is only 4.5 months old, finds African Americans hilarious. Oh my gosh. We went to see the Tyler Perry movie Madea Goes To Jail...nonstop chuckles. No laughs when Martha Stewart was on or when she catches a glimpse of Ryan Seacrest, but TONS when Ebony was on Jerry Springer. And just to do a little test, I turned on BET and Deia thought Jennifer Hudson was a riot!!!  What am I supposed to do!!!!!?????

Buddies

Deia and Haven are only 4 weeks apart and are destined to be great friends. Lindsey and I enjoyed every waking moment of our pregnancies together and it's been amazing to revel in these little girls we made! It was really cute to watch them interact on the activity mat and pretty funny when Deia kept trying to eat Haven! We always have a great time shopping for our daughters and feeding them simultaneously during our many lunches. It's been amazing to have each other to bounce information off of. The support and understanding is something I feel blessed to have. We try to get all us gals together at least once a week and hope that that will continue as the little ones grow up!

All Smiles!

I guess we are blessed with a very happy baby, she smiles all day long and it doesn't usually take more than you flashing a quick smirk at her to provoke it! Maaayyybe once a day she'll wake up from a nap fussing a little bit. But normally Deia wakes up, talks to herself and when she sees your face...she is ear to ear. It makes you feel like you are doing a good job and shows that she loves you!

Bath Time

Deia is still a big fan of her bath...although she is growing out of her tub and beginning to get squirmy.  She MUST put her toys and the wash cloths in her mouth and kicks both feet up on either side of the sink when he is not splashing or trying to sit up! And she loves being wrapped up like a "mini burrito" at the end!
