It took three classes before Deia actually did a passe ON HER OWN! It was a proud day for mommy and Deia was such a beautiful ballerina. The week prior, she was not at all into having the teacher guide her through her positions. But this day, she went with her and raised her leg and pointed her toes by herself! We picked up a hula hoop for home and she practices turning around and saying "ta-daaaa!" Deia also says plie and understands that that means you bend your knees and move down. It's truly adorable.
1st Solo Passe!
